Day-to-day responsibilities involve the administration and configuration of the Microsoft Teams Phone System, specifically utilizing Direct Routing, and managing Session Border Controllers (SBCs) and associated number plans. You will be crucial in monitoring voice services, troubleshooting complex issues, and actively participating in major telephony migrations to Microsoft Teams. Furthermore, you will implement new voice features, collaborate with internal IT teams, and ensure technical documentation meets compliance and security standards.
