Job Summary

This role involves providing technical support within the Service Division, focusing heavily on automation and keg technology for a world-leading manufacturer of filling and packaging systems. The successful candidate will drive digital transformation within technical support by developing and implementing automation solutions, collaborating intensely within project teams to conceptualize new use cases, and supporting other departments in process automation. Key responsibilities also include technical-commercial clarification and calculation of conversions, defining standard conversions, handling technical clarification of spare and wear parts, and managing technical customer specifications and complaints. This position requires strong technical understanding, interest in new technologies like AI and Machine Learning, and excellent English skills, alongside participation in 24/7 on-call hotline duty.
