Job Summary

The KHS Group, a leading global manufacturer of filling and packaging systems for beverages and liquid foods, is seeking a Product Supporter specializing in Keg Technology for their Technical Support division in Bad Kreuznach. This role involves the technical and commercial clarification of conversion requests within the Filling product division. Day-to-day tasks include pre-clarifying specific conversion requests, reviewing and implementing technical customer specifications, and technically assessing and selecting purchased components. The supporter will also define standard conversions, manage technically-commercial clarifications and calculations for conversions, and address electrotechnical product inquiries. Key requirements include a completed vocational training in an electrotechnical field, preferably further qualification as a Technician, Master, or Engineer, and strong knowledge of control systems and visualization (e.g., Step 7, ePlan P8, TIA). This position is ideal for a professional with experience in commissioning or service who is proficient in PLC programming and possesses good written and spoken English skills.
