Job Summary

STRABAG is seeking an experienced Construction Manager specializing in Asphalt Paving to autonomously plan and execute demanding infrastructure projects in the Schleswig-Holstein West region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction processes, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and economic targets. Key daily tasks involve coordinating site personnel and subcontractors, working closely with foremen, preparing supplementary claims (addenda), and accurately billing projects. This role requires a degree in Civil Engineering, ideally with a focus on road/civil engineering, and several years of professional experience as an Asphalt Construction Manager.
