This role involves taking overall responsibility for the execution of complex infrastructure projects in road, civil, and asphalt construction within the Schleswig-Holstein West region. The Senior Construction Manager will lead and mentor a team of site managers, overseeing calculations, tenders, construction processes, and site results. Key responsibilities include independent negotiation with subcontractors and clients, and actively supporting the preparation and enforcement of change orders (Nachträge). The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification and possesses relevant professional experience in managing complex construction projects.
