Job Summary

This role seeks an Electrical Systems Lead Engineer to drive the execution of international power plant projects, focusing heavily on the digitalization of Gas and Steam Turbine Power Plants. The successful candidate will organize and manage tasks within a distributed team, utilizing platforms like COMOS for automated generation of single line and interconnection diagrams, and circuit manuals. Key responsibilities include defining component requirements, designing electrical auxiliaries for turbines and generators, and managing cable/termination data. You will collaborate closely with suppliers on technical specifications, ensure compliance with project standards, and participate in bid evaluations and factory acceptance tests. This position requires a background in electrical engineering, basic knowledge of power plant systems (including LV/MV Switchgears, PCCs, and Excitation Systems), and proficiency in both German and English, offering a chance to contribute to the global energy transition.
