This role involves leading a team of seven professionals within the Department for Social Affairs and Participation in Stuttgart, focusing on the OPEN/PROSOZ system and IT security. The successful candidate will be responsible for building IT data security protocols, parametrizing the OPEN/PROSOZ system for social welfare laws (SGB XII, SGB IX, AsylbLG), and conducting software tests for new versions. Key responsibilities also include generating reports, statutory recipient statistics, and work instructions. The position requires independent leadership of IT projects and serving as a primary contact for OPEN/PROSOZ users via hotline and ticketing system. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor, Diploma) in Public Management or Social Economics, or a degree as a Certified Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt), or a completed university/technical college degree with several years of professional experience in the described function, or a completed education as an IT Management Assistant (Informatikkauffrau/-mann).
