Job Summary

This role involves developing intelligent control and regulation software for WIRTGEN's state-of-the-art construction machinery, which features highly automated functions and intelligent, networked drive and control technology. Day-to-day responsibilities include optimizing and further developing existing software system solutions, designing control and automation functions in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and independently programming, commissioning, and testing machine software from the prototype phase through to series production. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Technical Informatics, or possess a relevant technician qualification coupled with professional experience. A minimum of three years of experience programming control units using C/C++, Matlab/Simulink, and Stateflow is essential.
