Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing a 6-person team and significantly contributing to the development and execution of the company's overall IT strategy. The Head of IT Security and Infrastructure will be responsible for defining and implementing new security policies, identifying and assessing potential risks, and coordinating major incident responses from investigation to prevention. A core focus is managing the hybrid IT infrastructure, including hardware, networking, system performance, firewalls, backup strategies, and licensing. Furthermore, the role requires deep coordination and responsibility for Microsoft M365, focusing on collaboration, administration, security, and IAAS (Azure AD). The ideal candidate possesses excellent leadership and communication skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to harmonize fast-paced IT changes within a traditional corporate environment.
