Job Summary

This role is for an IT Domain Administrator responsible for the administration, development, and security of the IT infrastructure within a modern district office (Landratsamt). Day-to-day tasks involve the comprehensive management of Microsoft Entra ID and the Microsoft 365 environment, alongside the administration of the server landscape utilizing VMWare virtualization. A critical component is the ongoing administration, development, and documentation of existing and future IT security solutions (including EDR/XDR). Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or an IT apprenticeship combined with at least three years of relevant professional experience. Essential requirements include strong knowledge of Active Directory, VMWare, Microsoft Entra ID, and M365.
