This role involves coordinating and managing international service assignments, including assembly and maintenance work, within the industrial and manufacturing sector. The Service Coordinator acts as the central point of contact between customers, technicians, and service providers, ensuring seamless operational flow. Key daily tasks include organizing deployments, preparing and tracking service and spare parts quotations, managing material disposition, and providing technical support to field technicians regarding electrotechnical and mechanical components of vacuum systems. Candidates must possess a commercial qualification or equivalent, proven experience in secretarial or business support functions, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
