IT Specialist for eFile/DMS Implementation | Informatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

The Hochschule Hamm-Lippstadt is seeking an engaged IT Specialist to drive the digital transformation within its administration, focusing specifically on implementing and managing the d.velop d.3 Document Management System (DMS). This role involves the full lifecycle of the DMS, including administration, configuration, and continuous development. Day-to-day tasks include building and optimizing filing structures, developing complex authorization concepts (roles, rights, user groups), and implementing workflows, metadata models, and automation features. The specialist will act as a consultant, analyzing requirements from various departments to ensure business processes are optimally mapped within the DMS. Key requirements include a degree in IT or a relevant technical background combined with professional experience, familiarity with d.velop d.3, and strong knowledge of Windows Servers and SQL databases. The ideal candidate possesses excellent analytical, communication, and consulting skills, coupled with a motivation for interdisciplinary collaboration and process optimization.
