Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician focused on 2nd Level Support, you will be responsible for providing remote support to various nationwide branches and managing incoming support tickets. Key daily tasks include contributing to network and server management, supporting VoIP systems, and reinforcing the 2nd Level Support team for Windows Client issues. The ideal candidate possesses a successfully completed IT apprenticeship, such as an IT Specialist in System Integration, coupled with fundamental knowledge of Windows 10 Client and Microsoft Office.
