Job Summary

As a Lead IT Service Technician in Hamburg, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a market-leading IT solutions and service management company. This position combines technical hands-on support with operational leadership responsibilities. On a day-to-day basis, you will coordinate the technician team's daily operations, oversee the high-quality onboarding of new team members, and ensure meticulous documentation of all processes. You will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues within defined SLAs for devices such as notebooks and PCs, while proactively identifying and communicating system weaknesses.
