Job Summary

This role requires a Development Engineer to contribute significantly to the design and implementation of high-voltage Lithium-Ion batteries and Battery Management Systems (BMS), serving sectors like automotive and rail vehicle technology. Key daily responsibilities involve meticulous troubleshooting, analysis, and tracking of system faults, alongside coordinating essential validation and error correction activities. Success in this position demands effective communication with key external stakeholders, including OEMs, development partners, and suppliers. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and possess at least initial professional experience in battery technology or energy storage systems. Desirable qualifications include familiarity with ISO 26262 and practical experience in testing battery systems, such as unit, EMC, and thermal stability tests.
