Job Summary
The IT Supporter role involves providing essential 1st Level support to customers, both within the TechLounge and through floorwalk activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating support tickets, performing initial error analysis, and summarizing issues for the 2nd Level team within the customer's ticketing system. You will be responsible for resolving problems using the knowledge base and established guidelines, managing various hardware issues, and handling the issuance and return of notebooks for users. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training in IT, initial professional experience in 1st or 2nd level support, and strong knowledge of common operating systems and hardware/software.
