This critical role involves the independent supervision, management, and control of construction site operations, focusing specifically on Measurement, Control, and Regulation (I&C) and Electrical Engineering systems. The Site Supervisor will be the central point of coordination, maintaining continuous communication with project management, specialist planners, and various trades. Key responsibilities include organizing and planning workflows, efficiently deploying personnel and equipment, managing material requirements, and overseeing timely deliveries. Furthermore, you will be responsible for leading and instructing the site team, conducting safety briefings, and accurately preparing measurement records and all necessary documentation for billing and revision. To succeed, you must bring a completed vocational qualification, Technician, or Master certification in Electrical Engineering, coupled with fundamental technical expertise, knowledge of relevant industry standards, and a structured, responsible working style.
