This role involves taking independent responsibility for the monitoring, steering, and control of construction site processes, focusing specifically on Measurement, Control, Regulation (MSR) and Electrical Engineering systems. The Site Manager will serve as the crucial link, coordinating continuously with project management, specialist planners, and various trades. Key responsibilities include organizing and planning workflows, managing the deployment of personnel and equipment, determining material needs, and overseeing timely deliveries. Furthermore, the position requires team leadership, conducting necessary inductions and safety briefings, preparing accurate measurement records (Aufmaße), and compiling all required documentation for billing and revision. Candidates should possess vocational training or a Technician/Master certification in Electrical Engineering, coupled with fundamental expertise in relevant electrical standards. Practical experience in the assembly and commissioning of Technical Building Equipment (TGA) is a strong advantage. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering (e.g., Energy and Building Technology), or Certified Technician/Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering.

  • Practical experience in assembly and commissioning of Technical Building Equipment (TGA) (Advantageous)
