Job Summary

This role involves providing essential on-site IT support as a Service Desk Agent for a mechanical engineering company located in Munich. Day-to-day responsibilities include carrying out IT support tasks based on incoming tickets, utilizing remote control applications for assistance, and meticulous documentation of processes, solutions, and updates to the knowledge base. Candidates must possess a completed IT-related vocational qualification or comparable professional experience, strong process understanding (ideally based on ITIL), and expertise in Service Level Management. This position requires excellent customer and service orientation, the ability to technically guide colleagues regarding organization and effort, and very good German language skills, offering a stable position with good development opportunities in a supportive team environment.

Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist, IT System Salesperson) or equivalent qualification

Experience

  • Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for Application Development, IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Salesperson, or similar)

  • Experience in technically guiding employees regarding organization, time, and effort
