Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist based in Munich, joining a leading medical technology company and contributing to medical innovations within an international environment, specifically supporting the EMEA region. The specialist acts as the primary IT contact, providing First Level Support for both hardware and software issues. Key responsibilities include installing new IT workstations, preparing and executing IT relocations, and actively participating in various IT projects. A major part of the job involves managing and configuring existing hardware and software, distributing software across MacOS, Windows clients, and Mobile Devices, and assisting employees with standard Office applications. The ideal candidate must hold a completed vocational qualification in IT or equivalent, possess good knowledge of telecommunications and Microsoft Active Directory fundamentals, and have proven experience in troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS clients, utilizing software distribution tools like SCCM, and performing remote support.
