Job Summary

This role is seeking an experienced HR Payroll and SAP-HCM Specialist to manage central payroll accounting operations. The specialist will be responsible for executing salary accounting processes, leveraging deep expertise in SAP HCM, and ensuring compliance with social security, tax law, and relevant collective agreements (TV-AVH, VBL knowledge is a plus). Day-to-day tasks include processing payroll, generating and analyzing personnel-related reports and statistics, and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems. Success in this position requires a structured, meticulous working style, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit, combined with a relevant degree in Informatics, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
