Job Summary

This role as an IT Service Technician in Ismaning involves providing critical onsite IT support, focusing primarily on Windows clients, printers, and telecommunication devices for industrial clients managed by an IT service provider. The day-to-day work includes executing specific project assignments and efficiently managing support tasks through various ticketing systems (B/F, IMAC, H+E). The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT qualification and demonstrated expertise in handling a wide range of hardware, including PCs, notebooks, mobile devices, and IP telephony systems, alongside strong familiarity with Windows operating systems and standard applications like Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
