Job Summary

This role is a permanent position within Evonik Logistics Services GmbH, focusing on comprehensive operational logistics tasks at the Weiterstadt site. The specialist is responsible for managing the flow of goods, including meticulous incoming goods inspection, strictly adhering to dangerous goods regulations, and ensuring quality requirements are met. Core daily duties involve the loading, unloading, filling, and emptying of various transport vehicles, including tankers, and conducting technical checks (ADR-Check) on transport equipment. Furthermore, the role requires verifying correct labeling, documentation, and securing the load, often requiring image documentation. Key qualifications include a completed apprenticeship as a Chemical Technician or Specialist in Warehouse Logistics, strong knowledge of dangerous goods and hazardous materials regulations, technical understanding, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
