Job Summary

This role involves leading the daily operations of a production facility specializing in biosynthetic cellulose for medical, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical applications. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for organizing daily and weekly production schedules, representing the Production Manager when necessary, and overseeing the entire manufacturing lifecycle. This includes the preparation of culture media, biotechnological material extraction, and post-production tasks such as packaging, labeling, and equipment cleaning. You will ensure smooth operational workflows by maintaining high quality standards and performing visual quality controls.
