Key qualifications include a Master's degree in Geoinformatics, Geography, or Statistics with a strong GIS focus, excellent knowledge of Georeferencing and GIS software (ArcGIS/QGIS), and desirable experience in statistical programming (Python/R) and strategic data infrastructure development.
