Job Summary
This role involves acting as a System Engineer focused on mechatronic systems, primarily within the rail vehicle industry. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and adapting technical documents such as requirement and architecture specifications for mechatronic functions and software components in rail vehicles. The engineer will design and analyze system architectures, ensuring compliance with functional safety requirements, and oversee overall functionality at the train level. Key qualifications include a degree in rail vehicle technology or electrical engineering, coupled with several years of professional experience in developing or maintaining rail vehicles. The position requires strong knowledge of Systems and Requirements Engineering, as well as Project Management.
