As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for technical support, managing requests and troubleshooting incidents via telephone, email, and in-person assistance. Your daily responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and commissioning of various end-user devices such as PCs, laptops, tablets, and smartphones, with a particular focus on Apple products. You will also be responsible for testing new hardware and software components and ensuring the smooth operation of client hardware through ongoing administration. Required Skills

Education
