Job Summary

This Senior Data Engineer role focuses on actively shaping and transforming the data architecture within the Analytics division of the dm Group, specifically supporting the 'People & Project Analytics' IT product. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing robust data models, data products, and ELT processes, ensuring seamless integration into the existing data infrastructure. A key aspect of the role involves leading the international harmonization of the data landscape and translating internal customer requirements into technical solutions. Day-to-day tasks include providing 2nd and 3rd level support for ELT tools and Snowflake, creating technical documentation, and actively observing and implementing new developments in the Analytics field. This position requires deep expertise in data modeling, cloud-based ELT tools, and strong SQL and Python skills, offering the opportunity to drive data-driven decision-making across an internationally organized group.
