Job Summary

This role is for an IT expert focused on Transportation Management, responsible for designing and operating supply chain solutions, specifically driving the architectural transformation of SAP TM solutions. The architect will be instrumental in shaping the strategic and operational transport processes and applications, focusing heavily on modern data architectures, including Data Mesh, Event-Driven Architecture, and Cloud technologies. Key responsibilities involve leading the design of software, data, and integration architecture concepts, configuring SAP TM and related modules (like SAP Retail), and advising on the data product strategy, particularly utilizing Snowflake for the TM Data Hub. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP TM, SD, or Retail, experience in cloud application development, and strong project management skills, coupled with fluent German proficiency, to deliver sustainable and value-driven solutions.
