Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional to lead a Managed Service Team, driving innovation and customer service excellence within a leading regional systems house. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a group of IT specialists covering 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Level Support, projects, and maintenance. Key day-to-day activities include personnel management, including recruitment and fostering professional development through feedback and training, overseeing the execution of IT projects, and ensuring smooth daily operations through effective support and service management. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification, combined with substantial professional experience in the IT sector, ideally with prior leadership responsibility. The role requires strong organizational skills, project management expertise (e.g., Scrum, ITIL), and a passion for leading and motivating technical teams to optimize client IT infrastructure and deliver tailored solutions.
