Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Supervisor to manage and execute electrical installations within industrial plant construction projects. The core responsibilities involve the operational management and deployment planning of both internal staff and external subcontractors. Day-to-day tasks include supporting the tendering process through site inspections, rigorous monitoring of safety, quality, cost, and scheduling agendas, and ensuring environmental compliance. A critical component of the role is the creation of accurate 'As Built' documentation following assembly modifications and the efficient processing of defect lists. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical education in Electrical Engineering, several years of professional experience in industrial plant construction, and excellent proficiency in MS Project. This position requires significant mobility, with a mandatory travel requirement of 60-70%, making strong organizational skills and fluency in both German and English essential for success in an international environment.
