Job Summary

This role involves supporting a leading technology company specializing in mechatronic system solutions within the defense industry. The specialist will primarily handle day-to-day financial operations, focusing heavily on accounts payable and receivable. Key responsibilities include processing and ensuring the proper recording of all business transactions, checking incoming and outgoing invoices, monitoring open items, and preparing payment runs. Additionally, the specialist will perform account reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and provide crucial support in preparing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code). The ideal candidate must possess completed commercial training, relevant professional experience in finance or accounting, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP or a comparable accounting system.
