Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Field Service Technician specializing in high-pressure cleaners, floor cleaning machines, water dispensers, and ice blasters, serving commercial and industrial clients in the Freudenstadt area. The core responsibility involves independently performing maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections, acting as a master troubleshooter to ensure continuous operation of customer equipment. A key aspect is meticulous online documentation of service orders and coordinating with the internal team to facilitate follow-up activities, such as securing maintenance contracts. Candidates must possess an electrotechnical qualification (e.g., Electrician or Mechatronics Technician) and proven professional experience in service, maintenance, or installation. Success requires excellent German communication skills, a high degree of customer orientation, flexibility, and a hands-on mentality, coupled with a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region, typically returning home in the evenings.
