Job Summary

This senior leadership role involves heading the Enterprise Technology Enablement department, focusing on developing and implementing an AI-First strategy that deeply integrates Generative AI into core business processes. The Head will lead four group managers and teams (over 40 employees) to establish robust Data Governance and ensure data platforms serve as reliable knowledge bases for AI models and agents. A key responsibility is driving the scaling of AI and automation, managing Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) initiatives, and enabling employees through modern cooperation platforms. The role requires providing an intuitive, reliable technological foundation using Google Workspace, Gemini, and other solutions, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across all devices and collaboration platforms, and establishing an 'AI-Ready' infrastructure and hardware. This position acts as a strategic business partner, working closely with executive management and the board to set strategic direction and influence future-oriented decisions.
