Job Summary

This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional passionate about technology and supporting end-users within the SAP Ariba Guided Buying environment. The specialist will be primarily responsible for managing incoming service requests and incident reports, providing essential navigation support, application guidance, and basic troubleshooting for end-users. A key part of the job involves ensuring all tickets are processed promptly, meeting strict SLA requirements, and escalating complex issues to appropriate IT teams. The specialist will maintain clear communication with users regarding status updates, document recurring issues, and contribute improvement suggestions to optimize existing support processes.
