Job Summary
This role offers an opportunity to join the Federal Police Directorate 11 (BPOL-Direktion 11), the specialized unit within the German Federal Police, serving as a Personnel Specialist for the Federal Police Aviation Group in Sankt Augustin. The successful candidate will be responsible for critical administrative tasks, including processing personnel matters for both uniformed police officers and contracted employees. Daily duties involve organizing business procedures, controlling mail flow, and actively participating in the company's operational reintegration management (BEM). This is a vital, full-time, and permanent position within one of Germany's largest security authorities. Candidates must possess a successfully completed vocational qualification as an Administrative Clerk (Verwaltungsfachangestellte) or equivalent, along with basic knowledge of IT, data processing, and MS Office applications like Excel and Word. The position provides meaningful work in a crisis-proof federal agency environment.
