Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Engineering Project Manager specializing in power electronics for special shipbuilding projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely, technical, and commercial execution of customer-specific development projects, particularly involving inverters and converters. Day-to-day tasks include defining project goals, structuring projects, resource planning, and managing stakeholders. The Project Manager will act as a crucial interface between internal departments (sales, development, production) and clients, coordinating meetings, managing changes, and mitigating risks. This position requires strong organizational skills, expertise in power electronics, and the ability to report effectively to management and clients, supported by an experienced internal team.
