Job Summary
This Trainee Program offers recent graduates in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics a structured entry into professional life, focusing on either hardware planning for energy and control systems or PLC programming. The intensive eight-week program provides hands-on training from experienced professionals, covering electrical design, the EPLAN planning software, and programming/visualization using Siemens TIA Portal. Based on prior experience, the program content and duration can be individually adjusted. Upon completion, participants transition into roles as Electrical Planners or PLC Programmers in local projects. This position is ideal for motivated team players with strong communication skills who want to combine classic engineering with digital future technologies, offering flexible working hours, home office options, and competitive benefits.

Experience
