Job Summary
This role involves serving as an HR Recruiter for the Pforzheim City Administration, focusing on developing and implementing a modern, effective recruiting strategy for diverse municipal roles. Key responsibilities include planning, organizing, and conducting job interviews and selection procedures, particularly for higher-level positions (salary groups 13 TVöD and A 13 LBesGBW). The successful candidate will also drive comprehensive Employer Branding initiatives, creating a unified and attractive presence across professional social networks. This position requires a background in HR, social sciences, or public management, initial operational recruiting experience, and strong communication skills. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Bachelor) in Public Management, Humanities, Economics, or Social Sciences with a focus on Personnel, Pedagogy, Psychology, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Initial relevant experience in operational recruiting
- Secure handling of recruiting tools
- Deep theoretical knowledge in personnel aptitude assessment (ideally)
- In-depth knowledge of personnel marketing (advantageous)
