Job Summary

This role involves contributing significantly to the international Workforce Management (WFM) strategy for a major European retail group. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing existing WFM processes, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and setting international standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating international requirements, supporting system rollouts (including cost monitoring), and managing and configuring time management and personnel scheduling systems. The position requires close collaboration with HR, IT, and operational departments, active participation in international projects focused on WFM solution implementation and development, and managing external partners. A key component of the role is providing training, support, and change management, including 2nd-level support for international subsidiaries. Candidates must possess a degree in Business, HR Management, or IT, coupled with several years of experience in WFM, HR system administration, and international HR digitalization projects, particularly with expertise in ATOSS.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Business, HR Management, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in Workforce Management, time management, or HR system administration
  • Professional experience in HR digitalization, IT project management, or HR process management in an international context
  • Experience with HR application/system implementation (e.g., SAP HCM, ESS/MSS, HR Digital Services)
  • Pronounced expertise in ATOSS
  • Experience with authorization concepts
