Job Summary

This role focuses on the implementation and continuous development of personnel requirements planning and automated scheduling across various organizational units within a growing Central European retail group. Key responsibilities include defining, calculating, and analyzing relevant HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as maintaining and optimizing system interfaces and existing HR processes and systems. You will also be crucial in designing and conducting training sessions, providing first-level support to key users for both technical and functional inquiries, and generating regular reports for strategic personnel planning. Ideal candidates possess a completed qualification in economics (preferably HR) or IT, professional experience in HR digitalization or process management, and familiarity with major HR systems like SAP HCM or ATOSS. Required Skills

Education

Completed education/qualification with an economic focus (ideally HR) or IT orientation

Experience

  • Professional experience in HR digitalization, IT project management, or HR process management
  • Experience with HR systems such as SAP HCM, ESS/MSS, or ATOSS
  • Knowledge of authorization concepts
  • Experience in the retail environment (advantageous)
