Job Summary

This role involves managing the technical operations and operational safety of complex real estate portfolios, specifically for Supreme Federal Authorities and Constitutional bodies in Berlin. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring the Federal Agency's responsibility as the operator is met by adhering to all applicable regulations, continuously optimizing operating concepts (including energy, fire protection, and drinking water), and conducting economic efficiency calculations for new acquisitions and replacements. The manager will also plan and optimize maintenance processes, negotiate and manage service contracts with technical facility management (TGM) providers, and support construction management during planning and acceptance phases.
