This role involves supporting the operational management of complex technical systems, focusing primarily on Measurement, Control, and Regulation Technology (MSR) and Building Management Systems (BMS) within the Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) in Berlin-Mitte. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing maintenance and repair schedules, managing external contracts (obtaining quotes, reviewing invoices), ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and operating a technical control center. The specialist will also organize high-priority immediate deployments and guide functional teams, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. Key qualifications include a State-certified Technician or Master degree in Building Automation and professional experience in commissioning and operating automation systems.
