Job Summary

This role involves joining the IT Service Center (IT-DLZ), which provides high-performance, future-oriented e-Government applications and central infrastructure for IT systems across the Free State of Bavaria. As a Windows Server Administrator, you will be responsible for the provision and operation of Windows Servers, including planning and operating the necessary infrastructure within the data center environment. This position offers the opportunity to actively shape innovative projects in a crisis-proof public sector job. Key requirements include a degree in Computer Science or a related field, strong German language skills, and good knowledge of Windows Server administration, complemented by basic proficiency in PowerShell. The position is full-time, permanent, and based in Munich, offering excellent work-life balance, up to 80% remote work, and potential for civil service status for eligible candidates.

Experience
