Job Summary

This permanent, full-time/part-time position as an IT System Support Administrator at the Bundeswehr Calibration Center focuses on the meticulous maintenance and administration of IT system documentation and physical media. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the project and product library, duplicating and transforming documents across various media, and handling the archiving and control of Software Change (SWÄP) products. The role also involves critical logistical tasks such as processing goods receipts, verifying incoming deliveries for completeness, and maintaining the acceptance and shipping database. To qualify, candidates must possess a minimum of three years of vocational training in an electrical profession, such as an Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, along with working knowledge of MS Office and ideally, the SASPF software system.
