AI Enablement Specialist | Referent AI-Enablement (m/f/d)

Job Summary

As the AI Enablement Specialist, you will drive the strategic utilization and integration of Artificial Intelligence across the company's core processes, including calculation, billing, operations, and resource planning. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve identifying and evaluating high-impact AI use cases, designing robust, AI-supported processes to significantly boost productivity, and analyzing associated technological risks and compliance challenges. A crucial aspect of this role is organizational enablement, working closely with management, the PMO, and HR to train and prepare employees for AI adoption. You will also consult with Project Management, IT, and company leadership. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration, ideally specialized in Data Science or AI, and brings professional experience in corporate development, IT, or innovation management. This newly created, strategic function reports directly to the management, offering high visibility and the opportunity to shape the technological future of a growing infrastructure construction partner.
