Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Financial Accountant to join an infrastructure construction leader in Dortmund, specializing as a Key User for the NEVARIS Finance system. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing ongoing financial accounting, specifically accounts payable and receivable, handling payment transactions, and supporting monthly closing procedures. A crucial aspect of this position is acting as the internal NEVARIS specialist, optimizing workflows, creating IT guidelines for the finance department, and serving as the primary interface with central IT and process management. The ideal candidate holds a commercial vocational qualification (such as an Industrial Clerk or Tax Specialist) and possesses relevant professional experience in current account bookkeeping, preferably gained within the construction sector. Familiarity with NEVARIS and ideally Amagno DMS is required, alongside a structured, team-oriented approach and high IT affinity.
