Job Summary

This role involves administering and maintaining a critical, highly available, hybrid Windows Active Directory and Exchange infrastructure spanning two data centers for a leading German hospital group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of these core systems, focusing on security and stability. Key daily tasks include evaluating and managing Group Policy Objects (GPOs), developing secure operating standards for Windows Server 2016+ and Windows 10+, and overseeing the organization's Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) solution. Furthermore, the administrator will provide essential 2nd-level support for system disturbances. Applicants must bring a minimum of three years of professional experience operating Active Directory and Exchange in both on-premise and hybrid settings, coupled with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies like PowerShell and WSUS.
