Job Summary
This role involves joining Germany's largest family-owned clinic group to manage and administer a highly available, hybrid Windows Active Directory and Exchange infrastructure spanning two data centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the secure operation of Windows Server 2016 and newer, including the development of security guidelines, and the administration of Group Policy Objects (GPOs). Day-to-day tasks include handling 2nd-level support incidents and managing the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) solution. This position offers a broad spectrum of responsibilities, significant scope for design and development, flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation, and home office options, making it an attractive opportunity in the future-oriented healthcare sector.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science or comparable vocational training (preferred, but experience is prioritized)
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT administration
- Experience operating and administering Active Directory and Exchange infrastructures in on-premise and hybrid environments
- Extensive knowledge of common Microsoft technologies for server environments
- Experience with high-availability infrastructure setup across data centers
