Job Summary

This role involves managing complex Building Management System (BMS) projects end-to-end, from sales handover through to final acceptance and customer transition. The Project Manager will be responsible for steering projects, ensuring optimal energy and resource utilization through digital energy and automation solutions. Key daily tasks include tracking project progress, conducting customer meetings, participating in construction site meetings, and coordinating various trades to meet high-quality standards. Candidates must possess a background in Electrical Engineering or related fields, practical project management experience, and strong knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures), contract management, and HVAC process technology.
